Representative Claman gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                             
HCR 14 (page 1448).                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Representative Claman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
reconsideration of HCR 14 be taken up on the same day.  There being
